Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out if you fail to identify NAREB and the Group Code at the time your reservation is made. SPACE IS LIMITED. It is strongly recommended that reservations, changes and cancellations to ALL reservations be made by Wednesday, February 21, 2018 to ensure receiving the Conference Group Rate. Additional Fees and Information: *Run Of the House (ROH) does not guarantee a room type. A Room Type (1 King or 2 Queens) may be requested but is based on availability when you check-in. To guarantee a room type, you must select the room type and pay the upgraded rate listed. Triple and Double Occupancy requires an additional $35.00 per person, plus tax, per night, per room. A daily Resort Fee of $30.00 plus the current County room tax of 13.38% (subject to change), will be added to the conference group rates listed above. Early Check-In Guarantee: $20.00. Late Check-Out Guarantee: $20.00. Incidentals: $50.00 per day. A deposit equal to the first night’s room rate, resort fee and tax will be charged to your credit or debit card at the time your reservation is made. Reservations not guaranteed with a credit or debit card will be automatically canceled within 14 days of the reservation date. It is not mandatory to present the same credit/debit card at check-in that is used to guarantee your reservation. If you are making reservations for multiple rooms, you should call Group Reservations to assist you.
Refunds will be issued for all reservations canceled within 72 hours of your confirmed arrival date. No-shows and early departures will be subject to a penalty equivalent to your first night’s room and tax. All guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 a.m., only, on the day after your confirmed arrival date. You have the option to change your check-out date any time prior to check-in, or at check-in, without being charged an early departure fee. Reservation requests received after WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 2018, will be based on hotel availability at the group rate.
